Virtual Dance Party Event! Tuesday 2/9 at 6pm

On Tuesday 2/9 from 6-6:30p we are hosting a VIRTUAL DANCE PARTY! This is free and open to ALL GRADES – we’d love to see you there!

Reminder to RSVP so we can best plan – though if you want to just show up last minute, that is totally fine too!! We’ll be learning a few dance steps and then having a GoNoodle dance party for all!

Reading with the Stars: Volunteers needed!

Please join the PTA on Wednesday, January 27th at 6:30pm for (virtual) “Reading With The Stars” event!

We’re looking for parents, guardians caregivers to participate as reading stars!

If you are interested, sign-up here to volunteer to read a brief story or passage from a book to the students (e.g. 5-10 minutes)! We’d love for you to dressed up as an historical figure, an author, a character from a book or another famous person when reading as well – let’s make it fun!

Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering as a reader by THIS FRIDAY (Jan 22) so we can coordinate!

All students are encouraged to join dressed up as well!

Happy New Year – reminders!

Happy new year to everyone! A reminder as we go into the second half of the school year of the key places to be reviewing updates and contact info.

A reminder that we have switched to an AB blended learning schedule. The school calendar notes which dates you child should be in school if they are participating. All other policies surrounding health checks and pickup / drop off timing and locations remain the same.

The school calendar also has the latest remote events and meetings. Reminders are sent out about the meetings on Class Dojo, as well as any timely updates. Always check Class Dojo first for the latest information – we recommend you check at least once a day and turn on notifications! If you need access, please contact your teacher.

PS150Q International Family Festival: Tonight’s the night! (Free Event)

6pm: Bring your favorite dish to the cafeteria to share with our school community (this is optional, but appreciated!). Upon arrival, index cards will be available to label your dish.

6:15-7:00pm: All attendees can pick-up a plate and enjoy this diverse buffet style meal in the blue area with fellow members of our PS150Q family.

7:15-7:45pm: Adjourn to the Auditorium for an amazing and diverse vocal performance.
