The Contracts for Excellence (C4E) Program was established in 2007 to provide additional accountability for increased State Aid for low performing school districts.
For the past a years, NYC DOE has received Contracts for Excellence (C4E) funding from the NY State Education Department that is to be used in very specific ways.
One of the requirements of C4E is to have a public information process. The presentation will be facilitated by the Community District Superintendent, Dr. Philip A. Composto, and a budget representative from the Field Support Center. The meeting will be recorded and participants will be able to submit oral and written comments that will be addressed at a later date.
