When education systems emphasize perfect percentages and solid scores, it can drive a young thinker to nervousness, and blocked thoughts. During this workshop, Subtracting Stress from Tests, parents will:
* Discover how children can benefit in school from mindfulness and meditation.
* Learn some useful tools and techniques to help your child feel grounded and ready to take on any test presented—be it in school or life.
When stress is removed, we allow the brain to feel free, think clear, and once again enjoy the act of learning where eagerness for a challenge is added and confidence is multiplied!
