Find your sponsors and ask them to pledge money for every book read. Remember, do not solicit door-to-door or talk to strangers.
February 1 – March 1: Read your books!
March 1 – 9: Total the number of books you read and collect your pledges.
March 10: Return your Book List, Sponsor Form and pledge money to school. Checks should be made payable to P.S. 150Q PTA
Pre K – 2nd Grade:
- Read 1 – 15 books and receive a water bottle
- Read 16-25 books and receive a water bottle plus a drawstring backpack
- Read 26+ books and receive a water bottle, drawstring backpack and a reading light
Top Reader (one per grade): Receives a $25 gift certificate to Scholastic Book Fair
- The class with 100% participation wins a pizza and ice cream party
- The class with most books read AND most funds raised will win $50 for a class project or activity of their teacher’s choice
